At Fast Friends App (operated by GJS Technologies, LLC, “Fast Friends,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we build tools to help coworkers connect and create better workplace culture. Protecting your privacy is a top priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use our Services, including our website (fast-friends.app) and integrations with collaboration platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams.

• Message Content: Messages you send via the app.

• Payment Information: Payment details are handled securely by our providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment info.

Subprocessor Governance:

• Deletion / Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data. Removing Fast Friends from your collaboration platform may be required for complete deletion.

• Data Subject Requests (EU/UK): Rights under GDPR/UK GDPR including portability, restriction, and objection.

Requests can be made at support@fast-friends.app. We aim to respond within 14–30 days.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to:

Upon account deletion, personal data will be securely destroyed, and certification can be provided upon request.
